Endress Hauser group of U.S. companies is looking for a qualified and motivated manager to lead the organization's shared services team in providing exceptional HR services to all of our U.S. employees. Employees primarily reside in Indiana, California, Michigan, and Texas. Current HR Services include HRIS Administration (SAP SuccessFactors), Payroll Administration (Paylocity), Learning Administration (SAP SuccessFactors), Talent Acquisition for Production Centers, HR Inquiry Ticket Management System (AskHR), Digital Employee File (PeopleDoc) and Benefits Accounting.
The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of and experience in HR services, along with excellent organizational and communication skills. Must have a deep understanding of HR operations, the ability to think critically and strategically, and the capacity to build strong relationships across multiple stakeholder groups. This position reports to VP of Controlling & HR in one entity, and has dotted line accountability to the HR Managers of each customer entity (currently 10).
