The Community Change Grant (CCG) Program Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) provides an opportunity for underserved communities to receive support for projects and programs that will benefit the communities for many years to come. The grant opportunity has many different components that must be satisfied for the application to be complete with communities being responsible for writing their applications. However, the applications would benefit from a review of key components of the application. 

EnDyna is looking for an expert on EPA Grant Requirements to provide advice to community-based organizations and other entities that have requested technical assistance on their application for a Community Change Grant. The selected candidate should have background and knowledge on: 

• Required documentation for applicants to the Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the Community Change Grant Program. 
• Uniform administrative requirements, cost principles, and audit requirements for federal awards. (2 CFR §200) 
• Federal Grant Budget Submissions including SF424-A and allowable allocation of costs. 
• Use of Grants.gov for grant applications. 
• Grant compliance and management. 

The selected candidate will provide Technical Assistance to potential applicants and serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on grant application documentation and procedures. The work may include the review of draft applications for completeness and detailed review of components of the application for compliance with grant application requirements under the CCG. They will answer questions through phone calls, emails, and group sessions via zoom or MS teams meetings.
