Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Maintains information in ERP/MRP WMS systems and develops efficient procedures and processes to utilize the resource.

Generates inventory reports and communicates information to group managers and plant management.

Monitors inventory levels along with Purchasing Specialist(s) and notifies management and plant management with concerns. Assists to ensure optimal inventory for raw materials and finished goods is maintained.

Identifies inventory discrepancies and resolves in the system.

Monitors the age of inventory to detect issues with aging stock and notifies management and plant management about concerns.

Provides information as requested from QC or QAS management to support aging inventory, obsolete inventory or damaged inventory for timely remediation or disposal.

Works with group management to mitigate inventory loss and develop improvement plans.

Monitors transactions in BC to ensure timely and accurate information is recorded. Including but not limited to receiving transactions, consumption, picking, staging, and shipping.

Prepares a monthly report on inventory discrepancies and investigates the reason for the discrepancies.

Conducts or participates in daily production meetings, customer audits, customer visits and NOLA internal audits.

Supports area compliance with safety, 5S/housekeeping, and operating policies.

Monthly files State of Alabama Lube Tax and Inspection Fee.

Works with Software Development company to monitor projects and make improvements within the ERP/MRP system.

Acts as liaison between NOLA and Software Developers to resolve problems within the ERP/MRP system.

Supports a daily cycle counting program.

Coordinates and oversees with Group Management quarterly and EOY Physical Inventory counts.

Identifies and addresses gaps in inventory processes.

Works for company project as required.
