Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching oil products which may include delegation or completion of projects as needed for the success of the division.
• Wholesale and retail sales and delivery of oil products to include pricing, contracting, dispatching, billing, and customer service. Maintain current tank contracts and billings.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely deliveries
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment, maintain up to date MSDS sheets and perform annual bulk oil and self-audit
• Identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency-enhancing measures
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in warehouse management or a related field
• Knowledge of oil industry regulations and safety standards
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software
