Join Our Team as an Administrative and Customer Service Assistant!

Are you bilingual (Spanish/English) and looking for a part-time position? Do you want to dive into the world of business and work with a dedicated team? If so, we want to meet you!

Position: Administrative and Customer Service Assistant

Hours: Part-time, 9 AM - 1 PM, Monday to Friday

Location: Eastside of Chula Vista

Compensation: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience

What You’ll Do:

  • Administrative Duties: Learn our billing system, print customized documentation, handle mail, manage various emails, use excel.
  • Customer Service Duties: Assist customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email, ensuring prompt and attentive responses.

  • Communication: Professional in both English and Spanish, with strong listening and coaching abilities.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Communicate professionally and troubleshoot effectively.
  • Focus on customer retention and comfort.
  • Identify product/service weaknesses and suggest practical solutions.
  • Help improve our customer service experience and account management.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bilingual Proficiency:

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles (preferably in a business environment).

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in using spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Comfortable with learning new software and using various digital tools (e.g., billing systems, email management).

Organizational Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Excellent listening and coaching abilities.
  • Professional demeanor with strong customer service orientation.

Problem-Solving Skills:

  • Analytical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
  • Ability to identify weaknesses in products/services and suggest practical solutions.

Availability:

  • Able to work part-time hours (9 AM - 1 PM, Monday to Friday) at the Chula Vista office.
