El candidato ideal deberá tener experiencia previa en ventas externas, preferiblemente en agencias de empleo o empresas de servicios; Él/ella debe tener fuertes habilidades multitarea y excelentes habilidades de monitoreo. Será una hábil comunicadora con éxito en la negociación.
Responsabilidades:
- Servicio al Cliente y Networking: Adquirir y mantener una red de fuentes para identificar nuevos clientes potenciales
- Comunicarse con clientes potenciales para identificar y comprender sus necesidades
- Alinear las propuestas de valor con los puntos débiles del cliente para vender nuestro servicio (Reclutamiento, Selección y Nómina)
- Garantizar la satisfacción del cliente a través de una discusión abierta
- Responder y resolver las cuestiones que surjan a lo largo del ciclo de ventas
- Mantenerse en contacto constante con clientes actuales y anteriores, alertándoles sobre nuevos productos, servicios y mejoras que puedan ser de su interés
- Informes: Mantener informes diarios de las actividades de ventas, incluyendo llamadas, ofertas y cualquier otro tema. Proporcionar pronósticos de ventas territoriales periódicos según lo solicitado
- Se prefiere una licenciatura en negocios, marketing o un campo relacionado
- Cinco años de experiencia en ventas de servicios externos
- Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de servicio al cliente
- Habilidades organizativas comprobadas y atención al detalle demostrable
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas
