Do you have experience of managing New Build Industrial/Warehouse projects of significant value as a number 2/3. If so, our client is keen to talk to you!!
Our client, a fledgling main contractor located in the Midlands have recently secured 3 new projects, with one scheme imminently hitting site, along the M1& M40 Corridors. The initial project is a £15million, New Build Extension to an existing Warehouse, with future projects ranging in value up to £20 million.
You will work closely with the Senior Project Manager and will assist with day to day operational responsibility for the development.
The Candidate Assistant Site Manager)As an Assistant Site Manager you should have well-rounded general main contracting experience gained through working on a variety of project types with the ability to work independently with confidence and decisiveness. Candidates should be self-motivated, proactive with a positive can-do attitude and experience within the role as an Assistant Site Manager.
You Will Require The Following
- Previous Industrial/Warehouse sector experience is essential.
- A working knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts (Preferable)
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- A full UK driving license
- Salary: Up to £45,000 dependent on experience and subject to review after probation period
- Company Car / Allowance
- Workplace Pension
- Bonus
