Job ScopeDetermine the layout for plumbing and related materials
Identify required tools and special equipment
Install, repair, and maintain sinks showers, toilets, water heaters and conditioners, plumbing fixtures, appliances and trim
Troubleshoot and fix problems for service accounts
Remove old hvac equipment and install new systems
Run pipe and duct work
Read & interpret wiring diagrams
Perform appropriate hvac system repairs recharging refrigerant levels, checking for leaks, and ensuring the refrigerant cycle is functioning correctly
Perform energy efficiency upgrades for AC and refrigeration like installing smart thermostats or sealing ducts
Explain maintenance procedures to customers and providing recommendations for system upgrades or replacements
Maintain accurate records of maintenance repairs and service calls
