Lead Engineering Project Manager Responsibilities
Drive projects forward, leveraging professional expertise and experience, monitor and provide documentation in every step
Formulate and oversee project proposals encompassing scope, pricing, and timelines
Propel initiatives aimed at enhancing products and processes to mold the product development trajectory
Maintain a focus on delivering high-quality work, occasionally engaging hands-on with the team
Lead Engineering Project Manager Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering--Mechanical Engineering
Recent track record of building and managing teams and projects
Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in 2D/3D CAD, with experience establishing design and engineering documentation standards
Demonstrated leadership skills to synchronize team members with objectives and deadlines
