Job DescriptionMobile Facilities Engineer - Electrical Bias - Client side - Edinburgh - £39,000 plus van - No on call! CBW have a new opportunity for an Electrical bias Facilities Engineer to join a maintenance team in the Edinburgh region. This will be working client side and looking after 8 properties in Edinburgh. The client is looking for someone that holds their electrical 18th edition but can also undertake a variety of other maintenance duties.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures.
- Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance tasks on electrical panels, lighting systems, generators, and other electrical infrastructure.
- Conduct risk assessments for electrical work, identifying potential hazards and implementing appropriate control measures.
- Work closely with other maintenance personnel, engineers, and facility managers to coordinate maintenance activities.
- Able to undertake other maintenance duties when required : Plumbing, Painting & Decorating
- Salary : £39,000
- Expensed van and fuel card
- No - on call
- 30 days holiday
- Private pension
