Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe primary purpose of the Plant Operator is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse. This role involves using computers to manage material flow and monitor the location of conveyor belts throughout the plant. Additionally, the Plant Operator ensures that all moving parts are functioning properly and effectively.
Key responsibilities include maintaining a clean work environment, operating and maintaining conveyor belts, performing basic maintenance tasks, and working in various weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors.
The Plant Operator also assists in other areas of the facility as needed and collaborates with team members to ensure tasks are completed safely and correctly.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in industrial settings, a minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts and skid steers, strong leadership skills, excellent physical stamina for a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with computers.
