The ideal candidate has 7 years of experience in FP&A, budgeting, strategic planning, and management reporting.
- This is a hybrid role in Honolulu open to current or prior Hawaii state **
- Develop and manage financial planning models and projections.
- Direct and review financial forecasts and benchmarks.
- Lead annual budget preparation and provide executive summaries.
- Support strategic planning initiatives and integrate financial data with strategic plans.
- Manage and report on financial data, including cost per learner and long-range planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- 7 years in strategic planning, financial forecasting, and analysis.
- Strong experience in budgeting, financial modeling, and management reporting.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and financial software.
