Job DescriptionSenior Site Manager Required Job Type: Contract Start date: Immediate Industry: Building & Construction Location: Birmingham, B3 Salary: GBP 250.00 - 300.00 Per Day ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ JOB DESCRIPTION: Senior Site Manager required for a large nationwide construction company that specialises in commercial and residential projects. Our client is looking for experienced and hardworking Site Manager to join a project based in Birmingham City Centre. The site can be accessed by public transport so own transport is not essential. This contract will be ongoing, with hours being 07.30-4.30, Monday-Friday and the option to work overtime at the weekends. Daily responsibilities will include: Managing and supervising trades on site Managing subcontractors on site Managing health and safety Delivering toolbox talks Ensuring site schedules are kept to Requirements for the role A valid CSCS and SMSTS card Strong commercial background The ability to perform physical manual labour Own PPE - High vis vest, safety glasses, gloves, dust mask and hard hat can be provided by Daniel Owen Own tools NOT required Daniel Owen are a recruitment company that specialise in placing people within the construction, engineering, rail & maintenance industries.
