OverviewAt Fitlife Foods, we are seeking a Market Leader for our Sarasota location who is not just a leader but a growth driver. As a key player in our leading prepared meals company in Florida and Georgia, you'll be at the forefront of both elevating customer experiences and driving business success through sales growth and effective financial management. With a base salary of $50,000 and the potential to significantly increase your earnings with monthly bonuses, you have the opportunity to exceed $70,000 annually.
Your RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for:
- Sales Growth and Financial Accountability: Directly accountable for growing sales and meticulously managing the store's P&L. Use strategic insights and leadership skills to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining financial health.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead recruitment, coaching, and staff development aligned with our values. Manage team performance and cultivate a culture that drives sales and customer satisfaction.
- Community Engagement and Sales Growth: Develop relationships within the community to boost sales. Implement innovative strategies to achieve and surpass in-store goals.
- Brand Standards and Operational Management: Ensure adherence to our brand standards. Maintain operational excellence for an optimal customer experience.
- Partnership Development and Management: Establish and manage gym partnerships. Execute cooler placements and cross-promotion activities to exceed gym cooler sales targets.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Craft and implement strategies to enhance in-store experiences and elevate sales. Align store management with Fitlife Foods’ vision and mission.
- A proactive leader with 2-3 years of experience in sales, hospitality, or dining management.
- Energetic and engaging, with a talent for building relationships and driving sales.
- A strategic thinker passionate about health and fitness.

- Flexible and resilient, ready to adapt to the dynamic needs of the business, with Sunday and Monday availability required.
