The projects you will be involved in are highly complex and multidisciplinary in nature. You will either support project teams in delivering systems engineering solutions for our clients or be responsible for managing resources and delivery of tasks. If you have the following skills and experience and wish to apply, please send your CV asap.: * Engineering degree or equivalent * Working towards achieving chartership with a recognised professional body * Engineering experience relevant to Systems Engineering and particularly Requirements Management * Demonstrable experience of developing and implementing technical processes * Sound skills to analyse complex systems and understand the interrelationships between various components. * Knowledge of systems thinking principles * Excellent communication skills * Strong influencing and relationship-building skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Strong track record of success in working with delivery teams, customers, regulatory bodies and other major stakeholders * Ability to speak a second (highly desirable, preferably German / French / Spanish) The Culture You will be joining a talented and enthusiastic team in a genuinely collaborative environment with shared values of Honesty, Collaboration and Respect.
