What Would you do?
- Coordinate and prioritize all incoming facility maintenance requests and assess repairs as needed.
- Performs a variety of routine and semi-skilled tasks such as general maintenance of facilities, equipment, and grounds
- Responsible for contracting, planning, scheduling and monitoring the building maintenance functions for the cooperative.
- Conduct maintenance assessments all campuses; track metrics and documents for continuous improvement assessments.
- Provide input, coordination and inspection of the job performance of outside contractors and vendors.
- Focus on being proactive and optimizing contractor productivity while minimizing downtime.
- Perform preventive maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, and makes routine repairs such as minor plumbing and/or electrical-related repairs.
- Accompany contractors/vendors while on company property and discuss details for repair to ensure accurate quotes for services.
- Ensure EnergyUnited buildings and campuses are well-maintained to present a positive impression for our communities, and a safe environment for our employees.
- Coordinate emergency and/or after-hours facility repairs and provide timely, effective communication to management on repair progress.
- Assist with process mapping and data collection for optimal standardization of facility equipment.
- Provide guidance on improving preventive maintenance.
