Position SummaryThe Project Manager Assistant plays a pivotal role in Operations Support, facilitating seamless collaboration between Enertech Project Managers, construction teams, and regulatory compliance.
- Responsible for the quality of engineering work performed, client service, utilization of staff, office reputation, contract management, billing collection, and project profitability for telecommunications engineering projects.
- Assists with coordinating activities to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
- Ability to work closely with other Enertech Project Managers and Enertech construction teams to address field issues.
- Maintains positive relationships with current and past clients.
- Represents Enertech at meetings, presentations, and public hearings relative to assigned projects.
- Assists with the design and ongoing progress of a project, including the coordination of the project with permitting agencies.
- Reviews plans, prepares or reviews technical specifications, contract documents, and estimates.
- Assures that project team complies with the contract agreement as well as exercises rigid cost control to implement the approved design within established budget restraints.
- Other duties as assigned
- The successful candidate must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Have experience in site plan development for telcom sites including zoning, regulatory permitting, and work in the ROW.
- Knowledge to seal (PE) typical wireless drawings including civil, light structural, and light electrical/grounding.
- Must have strong structural telecom background including working knowledge of a variety of computer programs including MS Office, AutoCAD, LPILE, RISA3D, and tnxTower.
- Experience with wireless carriers and tower owners.
- At least 3 years of wireless telecommunications experience preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills is required
- Must be able to work with internal construction teams to achieve company goals.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with some overtime requirements
