We are currently seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Enexia Group is a patient centric organization that provides specialty, compounding and retail services to hospice and long term care patients. We pride ourselves in providing the highest level of customer service in our industry.

Duties:

• Collect information needed to fill a prescription from customers or health professionals
• Measure amounts of medication for prescriptions
• Package and label prescriptions
• Organize inventory and alert pharmacists to any shortages of medications or supplies
• Accept payment for prescriptions and process insurance claims
• Enter customer or patient information, including any prescriptions taken, into a computer system
• Answer phone calls from customers
• Perform prescription claims adjudications for all pharmacy insurance programs.
• Serve as liaison between the pharmacists and other medical professionals as appropriate

Salary Based Upon Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
