Role Description

This is a contract role for a Customer Experience Program Manager located in Sunnyvale, CA. As a Customer Experience Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day tasks and activities related to customer satisfaction and experience. This includes utilizing analytical skills to monitor and assess customer feedback, implementing strategies to improve customer experience, and effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

• required at least total 7 years of experience.

• Experience in CSX and CX tools and functions.
• Experience in agile and Scrum methodology.
• Experience in NPS.
• Knowledge of best practices in customer service and customer experience
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Previous experience in the software solutions industry
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
