Job Description:
Engagea Comm is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. This role is essential for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
Job : Full time
Pay Range: $18.50 - $28.00 hourly
Location : Jacksonville, FLKey Responsibilities
  • Assisting customers with inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Managing a high volume of incoming calls and emails, ensuring all customer requests are handled to satisfaction
  • Collaborating with other team members to provide seamless customer support
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Processing customer orders and tracking shipments
  • Providing product knowledge and recommendations to customers
  • Assisting with product returns and exchanges
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
  • Experience working in a customer service or retail environment is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
