Job Description: Engagea Comm is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. This role is essential for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Pay Range: $18.50 - $28.00 hourly
Location : Jacksonville, FLKey Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Managing a high volume of incoming calls and emails, ensuring all customer requests are handled to satisfaction
- Collaborating with other team members to provide seamless customer support
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Processing customer orders and tracking shipments
- Providing product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Assisting with product returns and exchanges
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
- Experience working in a customer service or retail environment is a plus, but not required
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
