WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Assists in project management, from conception to completion
- Proactively tackles client challenges and initiates problem-solving solutions
- Leverages Google Analytics to derive valuable data insights
- Analyzes raw data and generates comprehensive reports
- Collaborates cross-departmentally to ensure project deliverables are met timely
- Stays up to date on modern digital marketing techniques and strategies
- Provides exceptional client services to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Ensures precision in all tasks with a detail-oriented approach
- Efficiently manages tasks and meet tight deadlines
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years of experience in project management, account management or client services
- Demonstrates proficiency in impactful writing and communication
- Approaches each day with a positive mindset and team mentality
- Highly proficient with Google and Microsoft Suites, particularly Sheets/Excel
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience in the gaming and casino industry is preferred but not required
