Engauge Workforce Solutions is Hiring a Payroll Administrator Near Menomonee Falls, WI

Engauge Workforce Solutions (EWS) is seeking a results-oriented Customer Care Team/Payroll Administrator to work with our Back Office/Payroll team. Our team provides payroll and billing for our Staffing Associates and Clients on a weekly basis and is a deadline driven position. This Customer Care Team/Purchasing representative will work with an ATS and Back Office Payroll system to not only process but audit payroll practices.

Goals and objectives

  • Accurate and Timely weekly Payroll to Staffing Associates
  • Accurate and Timely weekly billing/invoicing to Clients
  • Compliance to Federal and State mandates as it relates to payroll
  • Provide excellent customer service to both Internal and External clients
  • Maintain appropriate levels of inventory for all office locations and manufacturing we needed
  • Strategic payroll projects

key responsibilities

  • Participate in the maintenance, preparation and reconciliation of records and reports related to payroll
  • Facilitate conversations with Associates to reconcile a payroll discrepancy
  • Maintain employee payroll records, to include I9, W4 and Pay Method
  • Timesheet review manual/time clocks
  • Facilitate Vendor Management Systems and other 3rd party vendors
  • Review and Evaluate salaries/pay and bill rates

experience and requirements

  • 1-2 years of Payroll experience or Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience working in the staffing, manufacturing or distribution sectors strongly preferred
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office
  • Technically orientated
