- Advise present and prospective customers on the most suitable company products and solutions by answering incoming inquiries and making outbound calls or emails.
- Influence customers to purchase or retain company products or services by following the existing sales process and utilizing prepared profiling and qualifying questions or scripts.
- Document all profiling information, cross-selling results, marketing activities, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Maintain sales operations by adhering to company policies and procedures and reporting any needed changes.
- Ensure quality customer service by following organizational standards and responding promptly.
- Maintain technical knowledge by attending regular product and solution training, reviewing publications, and potentially participating in customer events.
- Contribute to team efforts by achieving related goals and completing duties as needed.
- 2 years of telecommunications skills and sales experience.
- Experience in selling technology solutions tailored to customer needs.
