What You Can Expect
As the Key Account Analyst, you will be the primary point of contact for ENGIE customers, promoting long-term relationships and ensuring a positive customer experience.
You will be responsible for maintaining consistent customer contact, overseeing timely and accurate reporting, utilizing Salesforce Customer Care information, promoting new strategic initiatives, and advocating for the renewal process.
Your role is crucial in providing customer satisfaction and using customer service data to achieve ENGIE’s customer service goals.
In this position, you will foster retention by ensuring a smooth customer journey and coordinating day-to-day issues related to ongoing services for ENGIE customers.
You will arrange meetings with new customers to onboard and train them on ENGIE systems and processes, handle customer requests related to services and contract questions, and analyze customer inquiries to respond promptly and professionally.
Serving as a customer advocate, you will provide feedback to customer relations management and other key internal stakeholders to assist in retention strategies and overall customer satisfaction.
You will coordinate with relevant groups, such as sales, customer service, legal, and accounting, to resolve customer disputes.
Additionally, you will assist with all aspects of contract management, transaction management, invoicing, and other functions to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will also include attending meetings and delivering yearly reports on customer progress, supporting customer renewal efforts and campaigns, and auditing the Aging Report to work with customers to resolve outstanding invoices older than 90 days.
Success in this role requires strong analytical and communication skills to manage customer interactions effectively. You will play a vital role in fostering long-term customer relationships and ensuring that customer service goals are met, contributing to the overall success of ENGIE’s customer retention strategies.

Salary Range : $ 62,400 $ 95,450 USD annually
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
