eNGINE is hiring a Service Desk Technician I will be responsible for resolving issues revolving around virtualization, networking, and voice on a basic level. This position will work with project management, engineering, and cloud services teams to ensure timely support for customers.

Accountabilities:

• Troubleshoot service tickets related to difficulties within virtualization, networking, and storage.
• Assist in creation of documentation supporting solutions and processes.
• Ensure all security and operational controls are enforces to ensure the clients data remains applicable and secure.
