- Ability to read and understand construction drawings
- Ability to work overhead from ladders, man lifts, scaffold, etc.
- Knowledge and experience with both HVAC duct system, refrigerant piping systems, and hydronic piping system
- Ability to layout and coordinate the installation of HVAC equipment, duct, & piping systems.
- Ability to safely rig and set large / heavy equipment
- Must possess the ability to accurately plan the required steps of a project
- Must have the ability to inspect installed work for quality workmanship
- Must have knowledge required to establish maintain a safe working environment
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Ability to terminate electrical wiring at various HVAC equipment
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Over 10 years’ experience in Commercial and Industrial HVAC installation (Preferred)
- OSHA 10 certification (Preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Have and maintain a professional image
- Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as required
- Must be willing to travel overnight
