ECS is seeking a Navy Program Manager with experience in simulation to manage the NMMAST Program

Responsibilities 

•  Maintain general knowledge with all aspects of the operation, maintenance, support, troubleshooting, and repair for all simulation equipment to provide technical support to sites
• Coordinate with the Program Management Office Technical Point of Contact and Site Simulation Center Leadership to develop recommendations to address simulation shortfalls
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute support of designated conferences, conventions, and workshops
• Support data collection and analysis for return-on-investment metrics as determined by the government

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree 
• U.S. Citizenship 
• 5 years experience with supervisory and program management, managing large groups, and simulation industry.
• Good writing, interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills are required.
• Must have experience at hiring and managing employees.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite including MS Project
• Ability to manage multidiscipline, cross-functional team 
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal management and customer management
• Ability to plan and manage schedules, staffing plans and budgets
