Wire Technicians safely manufacturing our products based on our designs and standards for our power and controls centered product lines. Our company has product lines based on our UL files which are as succinct as possible, appeal to a broad range of industries and can generally be sold in a catalog format (online). Our technicians will work for our Production Manger to bring these designs to life on the shop floor using state of the art technologies.
· Advanced capacity to read, interpret and understand wiring schematics.
· Use of tools and hands on application to construct standard, custom, or semi-custom control panels.
· Work with production team to collaborate on new ways to improve existing (or create new) processes.
· Work with our engineering team to improve manufacturability of products.
· Be willing to learn, be trained and adopt to our methods for construction.
· Adhere to 5S Safety standards.
· Stive to maintain the project delivery schedule set forth by Project Management and Shop Foreman.
· Adhere to our Customer set quality expectations.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· 2 years of wiring technician or closely similar experience
· Military MOS related to wiring technician a plus
