Cash Application Specialist IIOverall Position Description
- The Cash Applications Specialist II is an individual contributing position and must hold themselves accountable for their individual workload.

- Our ideal candidate will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess an analytical mindset.
- Own the ECS Internal Cash Research Inbox, maintaining a 24hr response time expectation (roughly 30 emails per day).
- Complete Balancing within 24hrs of completed cash posting
- Complete Unapplied payment audit, within 24hrs of completed cash posting
- Complete Chargeback Audit daily within 24hrs of completed cash posting
- Complete Open Credit Audit within 24hrs of completed cash posting
- Track all errors identified through audits and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
- Complete accurate payment adjustments as needed.
- Actively engage in scheduling, planning, and facilitating an effective one-on-one with my leader on a weekly basis.
- Seek career development through courses offered by England Logistics.
- Research issues that arise and provide a solution.
- Meets defined department goals and activity metrics.
- Positive mindset.
- Able to schedule the day’s workload and hold oneself accountable to their actions.
- Productive self-contributor but able to work as a team member to meet the end goal.
- Willing to learn their part of the entire process and understand how they impact business on a day-to-day basis.
