Busy Medical Practice seeking Medical Front Desk Receptionist a full time position. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to - greeting patients, patient registration, appointment scheduling , data entry of demographic and insurance information, and scanning into patient's medical record.. The selected candidate will be scheduled to work varies hours, including evenings and alternating Saturdays. Medical Office Experience Required..
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
_ Updating Patients records including personal information and billing data
- Collecting patient copayments
-Schedule appointments for patients
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Handle mail and packages
- Provide general support to visitors, clients, and staff members
Experience:
- Previous experience in an Medical office in a receptionist role required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents or correspondence
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Computer literacy with knowledge of basic office equipment
