Englewood Marketing Group is Hiring an eCommerce Sales Coordinator Near Green, WI
Essential Job Functions
- Oversee pricing and item assortment opportunities for key online retailers, including Walmart.com
- Recap and analyze sales data for sales, account, and vendor use
- Aid in the creation of sales presentations for existing and new brands and items
- Coordinate new account setups with relevant EMG departments
- Work with existing vendors/manufacturers and EMG Brand Managers to further the online presence, marketing, and promotional initiatives of key brands
- Interface with EMG’s Digital Marketing Team to ensure compliance with vendor content standards
- Review and coordinate the updating of retailers’ online content for consistency and accuracy
- Participate in internal EMG meetings and external account and vendor meetings
- Connect with EMG Purchasing/Buyers to align on eCommerce brand status and progress
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4-year college degree is preferred
- 2-4 years sales, sales support or customer service experience
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Prior eCommerce experience
- Canva, PhotoShop and related programs
- Ability to work independently in the absence of immediate supervision
- A commitment to self-improvement
- The ability to embrace and continually adapt to change
- A positive attitude even when unexpected challenges arise
- A willingness to take responsibility and be accountable for achieving personal and team results
- Frequently required to sit; talk or hear and use hands to handle or touch objects or controls
- Regularly required to stand and walk
- On occasion, may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders
- Must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
- Vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
