- Provide individualized care/attention to our Residents
- Assists Residents with ADL including but not limited to bathing, dressing, eating, etc.
- Assists with Resident move-ins or move-outs
- Observes and communicates changes in Resident Behavior or condition
- Report and document incidents
- Practices good infection control
- Maintains a clean, safe, comfortable environment for fellow Team Members and Residents
- Knows and follows Emergency Procedures
- Completes all training
- Keeps Resident Information confidentialJob Qualifications:
- Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant, and have a NA certificate or other approved course by the state
- Must meet requirements imposed by the licensing authorities
- Great communication / interpersonal skills
- Must pass a background check
- Must have a reliable mode of transportation
- Documented TB Screening
- Must have or complete CPR/1st aide training within first 60 days of employment
- Must maintain acceptable attendance record
- Self-Starter and requires minimal supervision
- Essential functions include but are not limited to standing, walking, lifting, bending etc.
