• Provide individualized care/attention to our Residents
• Assists Residents with ADL including but not limited to bathing, dressing, eating, etc.
• Assists with Resident move-ins or move-outs
• Observes and communicates changes in Resident Behavior or condition
• Report and document incidents
• Practices good infection control
• Maintains a clean, safe, comfortable environment for fellow Team Members andResidents
• Knows and follows Emergency Procedures
• Completes all training
• Keeps Resident Information confidentialJob Qualifications:
• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant, and have a NA certificate or other approved course bythe state
• Must meet requirements imposed by the licensing authorities
• Great communication / interpersonal skills
• Must pass a background check
• Must have a reliable mode of transportation
• Documented TB Screening
• Must have or complete CPR/1st aide training within first 60 days of employment
• Must maintain acceptable attendance record
• Self-Starter and requires minimal supervision
• Essential functions include but are not limited to standing, walking, lifting, bending etc.
