Executive Administrator (Hybrid Work Setup)

Skokie, Illinois

Overview:

We are partnered with a leading public accounting firm based in Skokie, Illinois, dedicated to providing exceptional financial and advisory services to our clients. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive Administrator to join our team.

This role will primarily support our executive team with administrative tasks while also assisting in accounting and financial services along with room for growth into HR responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

- Provide executive-level administrative support to partners and senior management.

- Assist in managing financial records, processing client invoices, and conducting basic bookkeeping tasks.

- Prepare financial reports and assist in budget planning under the supervision of the finance team.

- Coordinate client meetings and assist in client communication as needed.

- Support HR functions such as recruitment coordination, onboarding new hires, and maintaining personnel records.

- Assist with HR compliance activities, including policy implementation and employee relations.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

- Previous experience in executive-level administrative support, accounting, or financial services preferred.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
