Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Intern to join our team part-time. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media marketing and looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The Social Media Intern will support our marketing team in developing and implementing engaging content across various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and scheduling of engaging social media content (e.g., text, images, videos) tailored to our target audience.
- Monitor and engage with our social media communities, responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
- Conduct research on current trends and audience preferences to optimize content strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns and initiatives.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to improve content performance and engagement.
- Assist in maintaining a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all social media channels.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
