They lead engagements, develop recommendations, and provide proactive advice based on their knowledge of tax law, particularly in the private wealth and high-net-worth sectors. Managers will mentor younger staff and work directly with Senior Managers and Partners.

This firm strongly prefers candidates who can work in-office or hybrid schedules.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5 years of tax experience in public accounting, with 2 years in a managerial role preferred
• CPA certified and active license
• Expertise in managing C-Corporation income tax compliance and providing knowledgeable review of complex C-Corp preparation and review
• Background and experience in managing and actively providing advisory and tax solutions to clients
• Solutions-oriented mindset

• Excellent project and team leadership, and communication skills
• Focus on growth and problem-solving
