In this role, you'll provide critical support for the installation, repair, and maintenance of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, playing a key part in advancing new technologies in a pre-production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct onsite installations, repairs, and maintenance of semiconductor equipment, ensuring adherence to factory specifications.
• Train customers in the operation and maintenance of equipment, fostering proficiency and operational efficiency.
• Act as the primary company liaison for assigned projects, facilitating installations and major component replacements.
• Independently and collaboratively perform complex repairs and unit replacements according to established procedures.
• Provide timely technical support to customers, resolving operation issues and minimizing equipment downtime.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of related experience required; minimum 3 years in semiconductor manufacturing equipment strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Linux operating systems advantageous.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with electronic testing tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in challenging environments.
• Additional expertise in optical systems, lasers, robotics, or chemical processes a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities and effective communication skills.
• Prior customer support experience beneficial.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, and ability to work flexible schedules as required.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and adhering to safety protocols.
