We’re seeking a Registered Nurse RN to join our dedicated team as an Administrator / Director of Operations. In this key leadership role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality care at our home health branches in Bradenton and Sarasota.If you are a strategic thinker with strong management skills and a passion for home health care, we want to hear from you! ResponsibilitiesQualifications
- Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Florida
- Must have demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the federal, state and local laws and regulatory guidelines that govern the operation of a home care office.
- Must have demonstrated experience in home health service administration with at least one year in a supervisory or administrator capacity.
- Must be able to make effective decisions to facilitate efficient operations and to ensure quality patient care.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
- Must possess a valid state driver license, maintain automobile liability insurance, maintain dependable transportation, and must be able to safely drive in all types of weather.
