Summary

Enhance Health is seeking a highly motivated and analytical recent post-graduate to join our dynamic Operations team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience through a 1-2 year program with 3-6 month rotations in various business units, allowing you to develop a well-rounded understanding of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis and reporting using SQL to provide insights and support decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges
• Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements
• Contribute to the creation of dashboards and visualizations to enhance data-driven decision making
• Participate in project management activities, including task planning, resource allocation, and progress tracking
• Demonstrate strong business acumen and the ability to translate technical information into actionable recommendations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Data Analytics, or Information Systems
• Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write complex queries and perform data manipulation
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills and technologies
