Epicor Iscala experience in the versions listed below:

• iScala ver 3.0 FSP2
• iScala ver 3.0 FSP4
• iScala ver 3.2
• iScala ver 2.3 SR3

Years of experience required for each skill: 5 years of experience.

Here are the primary roles and responsibilities:

• Receive comprehensive knowledge transfer from the existing iScala resource, ensuring a thorough understanding of current systems, processes, and procedures.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve User Acceptance Testing (UAT) defects and issues during the Hypercare period, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Develop detailed documentation of processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to maintain a clear and comprehensive knowledge base.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to the application support team, ensuring they are well-equipped to handle future support and maintenance tasks.
• Demonstrate flexibility to continuously learn new aspects of the iScala system and share this knowledge with team members to foster a collaborative and informed working environment.
• Assist in ongoing support and maintenance activities, ensuring smooth operation and quick resolution of any emerging issues, while keeping the team informed of any changes or updates.
