Enlighten Laser Cosmetics is northern Utah’s largest medical spa. We specialize in non-invasive aesthetic services to help our patients look and feel their best. We are currently seeking a full time Medical Assistant to assist our Medical Director in procedures and patient management. Medical assistant experience would be ideal, but not necessary as training will be provided.

Preferred qualifications:

• Good human relations skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Must be extremely organized.
• Experience in spa, beauty, or service industry.
• Familiar with pharmaceutical-grade skin care lines such as ZO Skin Health, Elta MD, SkinMedica, etc.
• Spanish speaking

Primary responsibilities include:

• Greeting patients in a friendly manner
• Receptionist duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, patient intake, etc.
• Develop a thorough understanding of all products, services and memberships offered.
• Educate patients on benefits of various treatments.
• Provide skin care consultations.
• Process transactions accurately.
• Ability to solve practical problems.
• Light housekeeping duties.

Compensation and benefits:

• Hourly wage plus commission.
• Health insurance after 90 days.
• Discounts on services and products.
