And that’s how we create better together.As a key member of the Recovery Sciences Marketing team, you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes.Job Title Director, Marketing | Energy DevicesReports To VP, Global MarketingLocation: Lewisville, TexasBusiness Unit Description Recovery SciencesJob Title/High Level Position Summary The primary purpose of this position is to direct the marketing organization in the growth of the Recovery Sciences energy device portfolio. Responsible for delivering top and bottom-line metrics through innovative portfolio management. This individual is responsible for directing the execution of cross-functional efforts to increase speed to market and deliver market needs. This position supports the marketing strategy and directs the concepts behind the development of new product platforms from ideation through launch and post-launch management. Contributes analytic and strategic expertise to the development of future business growth to collaboratively build sound commercial assessments of potential new assets for the organization.Key Responsibilities
Directs the Recovery Sciences energy device product portfolio to maximize revenue and profitability.Builds commercial business cases to evaluate new products.Collaborates to determine marketing strategy and develops new opportunities based on customer needs and working with other functional areas.Collaborates with R&D and business development to assess commercial market opportunities of new products under consideration for development or acquisition.Leads cross-functional and external customer teams to build value proposition for products under consideration.Gathers and tests insights to inform commercial assessment and messaging opportunities.Interfaces cross-functionally with Business Development, Research & Development, Marketing, Sales and Medical Affairs to inform the appropriate level of expectation and investment.Interacts effectively with R&D, Clinical Marketing Education, Operations, and Sales in strategic long-term planning.Utilizes market research to properly inform strategy and tactics for product commercialization.Works with Operations to inform product obsolescence planning.Other duties as assigned.Supervisory Responsibility
Manages department or team of employees. Hires, trains, develops and retains a talented team. Responsible for both direct and indirect reports.Scope/Role Dimensions (where Relevant)
QualificationsSupports the Recovery Sciences business of in revenue or budget.Global marketing scope under Vice President, Global Marketing responsibility.Staff size (approx. 3-5 direct reports).Experience Minimum Basic Qualifications :
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience or equivalent with marketing/in-line brand management experience in the medical device industry.Five or more years of employee management experience.Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Sales or Marketing required.MBA highly preferred.Travel
Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time; both domestic and international travel may be required.Typical work-related travel assignments range from 1-3 days, and as such overnight, out-of-town stays are required.Desired Characteristics
Supervisory Skills - ability to direct and manage a department or team of employees. Responsible for both direct and indirect reports.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Proficiency in SalesForce is helpful.“Creating better together”.
