Job Overview:

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician at [Enpiles Janitorial Services, LLC]. We are seeking a proactive individual with expertise in facilities maintenance and mechanical knowledge to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Duties:

- Fabricate and weld components as needed for maintenance tasks

- Utilize Ohmmeter to diagnose electrical issues and make necessary repairs

- Supervise and lead maintenance staff in daily tasks

- Maintain and repair various mechanical systems within the facility

- Conduct residential painting as part of routine maintenance

- Use Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for efficient work tracking

Requirements:

- Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising maintenance activities

- Proficiency in fabricating, welding, and utilizing Ohmmeter

- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment

- Experience in residential painting and facilities maintenance

- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
