Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst
Job Location: Mt. Laurel, NJ (2 days/week onsite)
Employment Type: C2H (FTE Preferred)
Duration: Long Term

Key Technologies: E2E, Agile, JIRA, Waterfall, SDLC
Job Responsibilities:
- Work on technology projects/programs, preferably within the Financial Industry.
- Collaborate with business areas, vendors, and internal IT teams to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
- Perform current vs. target state comparison and conduct gap analysis.
- Lead or participate in integration discussions with IT counterparts and stakeholders.
- Create system and data flow diagrams, document data mappings, and identify required system enhancements.
- Ensure system integrity and manage downstream impacts.
- Utilize diagramming and communication tools to facilitate productive conversations.
- Align with architectural and security standards in partnership with the delivery manager.
- Produce comprehensive documentation connecting business functionality with systems.
- Support project phases, including analysis, design, build, and testing.
- Assist delivery manager with execution paperwork, ticket processing, and execution runbook creation.
- Manage business requirements, ensuring downstream application alignment.
Skills and Experience Required:
Required:
- 8 years of experience as a BSA in technology, preferably in financial or tech industries.
- Strong technical background, preferably in E2E website builds.
- Experience leading system analysis on complex Waterfall & Agile projects involving multiple integrations.
- Proficient in technology/application analysis, flowcharts, and communication.
- Experience with Vizio flowcharting and system/process/data flow diagramming.
- Familiarity with credit card functions and handling flat file formats, data, and API mappings.
- Sharp attention to detail with strong documentation and fact-checking acumen.
- End-to-end execution experience in gap analysis, conversion, and testing.
- Proficient with SDLC and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong facilitation skills and experience with Agile/JIRA.
- Confident, responsive, and prompt communicator with excellent problem-solving skills.
Desired:
- Financial Institution experience.
- Developer, solution engineer, or architect background is a plus.
