Job Description

The Project Manager manages various projects for existing e123 platform customers. In this role, you will understand clients' current business strategies, challenges, goals, requirements as well as their current e123 relationship to develop (in conjunction with other team members) and accelerate timely product and service adoption, optimization/full potential efforts, and enable configuration in a high quality, low defect manner. You will lead projects primarily for enterprise clients, such as health insurance carriers, and others such as health insurance distributors.Responsibilities:

• End to end management of client projects and programs for existing enterprise customers in partnership with the Head of Customer Success and in support of the Customer Success team, acting as a single point of contact externally and internally for owned projects or programs. 

• Effectively project manage and lead product/service enhancement launches, distribution access onboarding, training and use of the e123 Platform, working collaboratively with TPA and other managed services groups as necessary. 
• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously with excellent attention to detail, a high degree of organization and ownership of hitting milestones and deadlines.
• Drive success through the coordination of efforts from multiple client and internal cross-functional team members (customer success, customer engagement, operations, solutions engineers, development, sales, etc.).
• Be an e123 platform expert bringing in subject matter experts accordingly to help clients optimize platform utilization and e123 established processes based on their business needs.
• Collaborate directly with various external stakeholders (clients, vendors, etc.) to confirm goals, driving projects according to client specifications and with a creative solution mindset.
• Gather and develop business requirements for various client needs requiring e123 technology development, managing the implementation of those requirements to ensure turnaround times aligned with project goals, and conducting quality assurance on delivered work.
• Partner with enterprise Customer Success and Sales to support customers through the entire lifecycle toward adoption, optimization, expansion and full potential of the client and e123 relationship.
• Support other business projects and functions, on an as-needed basis.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3 years of demonstrated project management experience, delivering technology solutions preferably with enterprise customers who are insurance carriers or enterprise FMOs. Project management experience within an insurance carrier or enterprise level FMO will be considered.
• Insurtech or B2B SaaS software company experience 
• Highly organized, proactive and detail oriented who can see through “the gray” bringing definition and execution
• Self motivated and comfortable managing multiple complex projects simultaneously developing project plans and timelines as well as meeting deadlines, expectations, deliverables, and outcomes
• “Go-getter” mentality with strong critical thinking, collaborative spirit to “get it done” and creative problem-solving abilities with an open-minded approach
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills. Highly comfortable working with senior clients (up to and including C-Suite), often in 1-on-1 situations, with a professional demeanor and approach, but also able to flex style to work with client contacts in varying roles.
