EnSafe is accepting applications for an IT Support Specialist at our Memphis campus.

Restoration, Natural & Water Resources, Health & Safety, and Technology with offices

operating within the US.

What We Are Looking For

The successful candidate will understand the fundamentals of IT Support with exceptional customer support for internal. This candidate will need to be adaptable to new federal policies and regulations since EnSafe is a federal contractor.

What You Will Be Doing: 

• IT Service Desk end-user support for local and remote employees
• Microsoft Teams conference room and meeting support
• Enterprise-level knowledge and support of Windows 10/11 Operating Systems 
• Application support of Microsoft 365 Apps, Adobe Suite, and other 3^rd party software
• Tier 1 and 2 network and telephony support
• Mobile device support including iOS, Android, and mobile hotspots
• Computer imaging and deployment
• Account, group, and mailbox management via Active Directory, Entra ID, and Exchange Online
• Maintenance of IT Knowledge base for IT and end-user reference
• Rotation of after-hours (on-call) support

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years experience in an IT Service Desk or technical support service role
• Current CompTIA A or Microsoft Modern Desktop Certification
• Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID
