PositionWe are looking for a Speech Language Pathologists to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team at one of our contracted school districts. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you’ll Champion the Company’s culture and live the Company’s core values while being an ambassador for Ensemble Therapy. A successful candidate will have fun! We are looking for candidates who like to work hard, have a positive attitude and like having fun while they work. This is for the 2024/2025 School Year at Mount Diablo Unified School District.Position Benefits$100,000-120,000 (depending on experience)
- Comprehensive benefits package includes: $450 per month towards employee's medical plan (PPO or HMO) dental and vision benefits are 100 % paid by Ensemble Therapy. Additionally, voluntary time, long-term disability, critical illness, and accidental benefits are provided.

- Complete Evaluations & Treatments
- Attend or complete IEP meetings
- Communicate/Consult with team members regarding student progress
- Record evaluations, complete daily treatment notes, complete attendance logs
- Report writing
- IEP writing
- Current knowledge of treatment practices and a drive to continually learn about and explore new treatment practices that may benefit our clients
- Experience with working with children with a variety of disorders and deficits including but not limited to language, articulation, fluency, and Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Able to be highly flexible and agile (we are living and working in a very dynamic time right now)
- Able to be highly collaborative, team-oriented and customer service driven
- Must possess a master’s degree from an accredited speech language pathology program.
- Current and unrestricted licensure (by the California Board of Speech Language Pathology, Audiology, and Hearing Aid Dispensers) to work in the state of California.
- If you are in the process of relocating to California and your licensure in the state of CA is in process or will be in process, this is OK as well.
- Most possess Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs) from American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA).
Pay Range: $100,000-120,000 (Depending on experience)
