EBAD seeks an accomplished professional for the position of Program Lead, reporting to a Program Manger.
Job Summary:
The Program Lead works under the guidance of the Program Manager to internally plan, manage, and report on the progress of routine and/or follow-on production orders while being the primary point of contact for external customers. The Program Lead works with the assigned program team to resolve schedule issues and maximize results in terms of on-time delivery, quality, and cost.

The successful candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in the field of project management or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000 per year. Salary is determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
