Job Description:

The SAP S/4HANA and MES Analyst will be responsible for providing comprehensive support for our SAP S/4HANA and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) environments. This role includes troubleshooting, system monitoring, user support, and ongoing optimization to enhance business processes and system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily support and maintenance for SAP S/4HANA and MES systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system functionality, performance, and integration.
• Monitor system performance, ensuring optimal operation and uptime.
• Collaborate with business users to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Perform system configurations, updates, and enhancements as needed.
• Assist with data management, including data migration, data integrity, and data quality.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides and support materials.
• Conduct user training sessions to improve system utilization and efficiency.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects and system improvements.
• Stay current with SAP S/4HANA and MES updates, best practices, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 years of proven experience in supporting SAP S/4HANA and MES systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PP and MM is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of system integration, data management, and system configuration.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Additional experience with QM, WM, ePPDS, and MES is preferred.
• Understanding of IoT, Industry 4.0, and smart manufacturing concepts.
• SAP certification and/or MES certification is a plus.
