Develop and scale thin film deposition-based process modules for roll to roll manufacturing

Job Requirements:

Education and Training:

o MS minimum (Ph.D preferred) with very good fundamental understanding of thin film deposition by various techniques and their characterization.

o Ideally >10 years experience working in a technology development / manufacturing environment in a related field, preferably with roll to roll processing experience.

o Strong track record of resolving issues and mechanisms to root cause understanding and solution.

- Technical Requirements:

o Specific deep knowledge of a) Thin Films deposition and characterization by PVD, ALD, PECVD

o Detailed knowledge of supporting process modules and their cross- module interactions with thin film layers

o Strong experience in the design and analysis of structured experiments both qualitatively and quantitatively.

o Develop and scale well characterized, robust unit processes to manufacturing readiness. Own and support manufacturing ramp scale up issues.

- Critical Skill Set:

o Attention to detail in all aspects of characterization, planning and documentation.

o Ability to lead and influence cross functional teams of 3-5 people of varying scientific and engineering backgrounds to achieve challenging technology and manufacturing goals.

o Strong problem solving initiative across modules and functions- “do what it takes” attitude.
